Yesterday we had our ultrasound and Ian thought it would be a great idea to bring Niev so she could also get her first glimpse of the newest little one in our family. Of course, she didn't sit as still as we would have liked, but she was still pretty good. I think it kind of freaked her out a little to see this doctor putting stuff on my belly.
We are having a baby girl!!! We have two names that we are deciding upon, but love them both and they don't really go together for a first and middle. Oh the quandary! We are very excited for Niev to have a little sister. We babysat a baby in our ward and Niev mauled that baby--covering it with blankets, putting its bink in the baby's mouth, giving it "pats", etc. She wanted to make sure that baby was well taken care of. Our poor baby will have more help than it will ever need, but we are very excited for our growing family.
I have lots more to update on, but I thought I would at least get this info out before I update on my visit to Parma, Gramma Buh's visit, Grandma and Grandpa Weber's visit, and babysitting my niece and nephew. A lot has happened this summer that will probably not be recorded, but life will go on I guess.
